Ordering wellness tech without trying it first takes a bit of trust. This page explains exactly what happens if the Hume Band 2.0, the Hume Pod, or either one isn't the right fit for you.
Your Trial Period
The Hume Band 2.0 comes with a 45-day return window from the date of delivery. The Hume Pod comes with a 50-night money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. Both are no questions asked โ worn daily, weighed in on every morning, doesn't matter, the guarantee still stands.
How To Return An Order
- Message our support team through the Hume Health app or the email on your order confirmation, telling us which device (or both) you'd like to return.
- A free returns label lands in your inbox within 1 business day, per device.
- Pack the item โ Band, strap and charger, or the Pod and its sensor bar โ into any suitable box; original packaging isn't required.
- Drop the parcel at a UK courier point using the label provided.
- Once the return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method, usually within 5โ7 business days.
What Gets Refunded
The full price you paid for whichever device you're returning. If you added the optional 10-Year Warranty at checkout, that refunds too when the device itself is returned, since there's nothing left for it to cover on its own.
Return Postage
Covered by us, in full, for returns made within the relevant window, provided the order was placed directly through humehealth.uk.
A Few Details Worth Knowing
- This guarantee applies to orders placed directly through humehealth.uk. Bought through a third-party marketplace instead? Their return process applies there, since we can't extend identical terms outside our own store.
- Refunds go back to the same payment method used at checkout โ we can't send funds to a different card or account.
- Returning a device after its window has closed doesn't automatically rule out a warranty repair or replacement (see below).
Warranty Claims
Every Hume Band 2.0 ships with a 1-year hardware warranty; every Hume Pod ships with a 12-month hardware warranty โ both covering genuine manufacturing faults under normal use. Added the optional 10-Year Warranty on either device? That cover runs for the full decade from your original purchase date.
To start a claim, contact support with your order number, which device it concerns, and a short description of the fault. Most hardware issues are resolved by sending a free replacement unit.
Swapping For A Different Size
Not after a refund, just want a different Hume Band 2.0 strap size or colour? Mention it when you contact support โ a direct exchange is usually quicker than a full return followed by a new order.
